The Phoenix Suns will be without center Deandre Ayton on Thursday, but they are still 2.5-point favorites against the surging Dallas Mavericks

Both of these teams have four straight games heading into this matchup, and I made my picks for this game in my NBA Best Bets column earlier today.

However, we didn’t pick an props in this game, so here are my three favorite with all odds via WynnBET:

Best Prop Bets for Suns vs. Mavericks

  • Luka Doncic OVER 8.5 Rebounds (-135)
  • Javale McGee OVER 11.5 Points (+110)
  • Luka Doncic UNDER 26.5 Points (-125)

Luka Doncic OVER 8.5 Rebounds (-135)

Luka Doncic has been an absolute beast on the glass, as he is averaging 10.7 rebounds per game over his last nine contests since returning from injury, and he’s cleared this number in seven of those nine games, including six straight.

Both of these teams are great defensively, ranking No. 1 and No. 2 in the NBA in defensive rating over their last 15 games, so I think there will be plenty of chances for Luka to get on the defensive glass.

Javale McGee OVER 11.5 Points (+110)

I’m looking to get some value in one of these props, and with Ayton out, look no further than JaVale McGee.

In 11 starts this season, McGee is averaging 12.2 points and 8.5 rebounds per game and is playing nearly 22 minutes.

He should see similar usage tonight, so I love getting his points prop at +110, especially after he dropped 20 points on 9-of-10 shooting against the Detroit Pistons when Ayton was hurt.

Luka Doncic UNDER 26.5 Points (-125)

Don’t let Doncic’s 41-point game on Wednesday night fool you in this prop.

He’s going up against the NBA’s No. 2 defense and Defensive Player of the Year candidate Mikal Bridges in this game, and he’s only cleared 26.5 points twice in his last nine games.

The volume will be there for Luka, but I don’t think the results will be, considering he is shooting below 30% from 3 this season and is facing an elite defense.
