3 Best NBA Prop Bets Today for Warriors vs. Grizzlies (Trust Tyus Jones, Jordan Poole)
By Peter Dewey
The Golden State Warriors are major underdogs against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday, as they are going to be without Klay Thompson, Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Otto Porter Jr.
With Ja Morant out for the Grizzlies, is there some value on certain players in the prop market?
Let’s get into three picks with all odds via WynnBET Sportsbook:
Best Prop Bets for Warriors vs. Grizzlies
- Tyus Jones OVER 12.5 Points (-125)
- Tyus Jones to Hit 2+ 3-Pointers (-105)
- Jordan Poole OVER 25.5 Points (-115)
Tyus Jones OVER 12.5 Points (-125)
Tyus Jones has been on fire in his last four starts, clearing this line in three of his last four games and averaging 13.3 points per game on 8.8 shot attempts.
I’d love it if Jones had more volume over this stretch, but it’s hard to pass up his prop at 12.5 points considering that he’s playing 29.7 minutes per game.
This isn’t the only Jones prop that I’m betting tonight, so let’s get into the second one…
Tyus Jones to Hit 2+ 3-Pointers (-105)
Jones has hit multiple 3-pointers in five of his last seven games, and he’s taken 3.1 3-pointers per game over that stretch.
The Warriors are one of the better defensive teams in the NBA, but they are in the middle of the pack in 3-pointers allowed per game, allowing 12.3 this season.
Similar to his points prop, I think Jones is going to see the minutes and volume to get to this number on Monday.
Jordan Poole OVER 25.5 Points (-115)
Jordan Poole has been dominant when Steph Curry is out of the lineup this season, as he is averaging 26.0 points, 5.2 assists and 4.1 rebounds per game through 10 games.
Andrew Wiggins will still be in the lineup for the Warriors, but I think things will run through Poole, as he’s cleared this prop in five of his last six games.
Poole has also played 32 or more minutes in each of his last nine games. Don’t be surprised if Poole takes 20 or more shots against Memphis.
