Jokic does it all, but scoring is his real bread-and-butter. He dropped 35 on the Thunder on Saturday night and 28 on Phoenix last Thursday. Jokic averaged over 88 percent shooting in those two games and is locked in right now. In his only game against Denver this year, Jokic scored 29 points in 35 minutes back in December.
Will Barton OVER 19.5 Points + Rebounds (+120)
After a slow start to the month, Barton has turned up the volume recently and is putting up some impressive numbers for Denver. Barton has scored at least 17 points in back-to-back games against the Suns and Thunder. Barton has also been a force on the glass and has five or more boards in four of his last five games.
LaMelo Ball OVER 1.5 Steals (+125)
LaMelo Ball does a lot of things very well. But, I think his defense is often overlooked by many. He leads the Hornets in steals with 1.6 per game and the Nuggets are not the most protective of the rock. The Nuggets have two players that average over two turnovers per game. Ironically, they are Jokic and Barton. The former is actually averaging almost four turnovers per game. Ball has gone over this total in his last two games and is averaging 1.7 steals per game this month.
