3 Best NFL Teams to Bet the UNDER on This Season

We’re past the quarter-mark of the NFL season and we’ve already identified the top trend of the season. UNDERs have been extremely profitable, hitting at a near 60% clip. 

While everyone looks around the league looking for the best line of the week, let’s look at three teams that have hit the UNDER at the most consistent rate thus far. 

Here are the top three teams to target in the UNDER market. 

Cincinnati Bengals (5-0)

The Bengals got themselves into a classic AFC North showdown in Week 5, losing in a hard-fought, low scoring game to the Baltimore Ravens. They still haven’t been able to be explosive in the passing game, which was the driving force of their offense last season. With Tee Higgins now hurt, the Bengals have one fewer player to target down the field. Until Ja’Marr Chase shows up, the Bengals are a trustworthy bet to back the UNDER.

Indianapolis Colts (5-0)

As long as Jonathan Taylor is out, the UNDER is one of my favorite plays for the Colts. Matt Ryan is washed up and I don’t trust him to put points up on the board by himself. Indianapolis has suffered a few more injuries with Ashtin Dulin going on IR and Nyheim Hines recovering from a concussion last week. 

This looks like a team that is going to be blown up after this season, so fade them while the easy opportunity presents itself. 

Denver Broncos (4-1) 

There were several teams tied at 4-1 against the UNDER, but the Broncos have missed the UNDER by 13.2 points – the most of any of those teams. Denver’s offense is terrible. It’s 31st in points per game, is without its top running back and Russell Wilson has a shoulder injury now. The Broncos haven’t shown the ability to be a competent offense when healthy. With injuries setting in – and a defense that is one of the best units in the league – this is a team ripe for UNDERS.
