The Cincinnati Bengals play host to the San Francisco 49ers today at Paul Brown Stadium in their third home game in a row. Both teams are desperate for a win to keep their playoff hopes alive heading into Week 15.

Let’s take a look at some prop odds for this showdown, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

3 Best Prop Bets for 49ers vs. Bengals

  • Joe Burrow UNDER 259.5 Yards Passing (-130)
  • Jeff Wilson Jr. OVER 58.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
  • Ja’Marr Chase OVER 66.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Joe Burrow UNDER 259.5 Yards Passing (-130)

Burrow has been struggling a bit since he went off on the Ravens for 416 yards a couple of weeks ago. Since that game, Burrow has failed to go over 300 yards passing and a TD/INT ratio of 6/6 in his last five games. He did manage 300 yards last week against the Chargers but also threw two picks.

There is no denying Burrow’s talent but he appears to be falling apart as the season winds down and I don’t trust him to pull out of his tailspin against the 49ers.

Jeff Wilson Jr. OVER 58.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Normally I would be avoiding Wilson in this or any spot for prop betting purposes. He missed time early in the season and has been pretty ineffective since returning to action. In three games this year he has 31 total attempts and 83 yards to show for it. In his last game out he had just two touches for five yards.

So why am I on his over in this spot against the Bengals? Wilson will be the number one option today with Elijah Mitchell sidelined. Cincinnati has a good rushing defense but the 49ers need to get their ground game going if they have a shot to win this game. I think Kyle Shanahan knows this and will try to get Wilson involved early and often.

Ja’Marr Chase UNDER 66.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Much like his QB, Ja’Marr Chase has cooled off a bit heading down the home stretch of the season. After a seriously impressive first seven games of the year, Chase’s numbers have dwindled to the point where his OROY chances have taken a big hit. This might have a lot to do with Burrow and not so much anything going on with Chase but the fact remains that his numbers just aren’t there right now.

Chase hasn’t gone over 60 yards receiving in the last five weeks and I don’t see a resurgence happening today.
