The Memphis Grizzlies extended their series on Wednesday night, throttling the Golden State Warriors by 39 points on their home court in Game 5.

Now, the Grizzlies look to keep their season alive once more and force a Game 7 back in Memphis, but can they? Check out our full game preview here for thoughts on that, but I'm going to target 3 prop bets for Memphis' players.

Best Prop Bets for Grizzlies vs. Warriors Game 6

  • Tyus Jones OVER 26.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-110)
  • Steven Adams OVER 20.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-116)
  • Desmond Bane UNDER 18.5 Points (+100)

Tyus Jones OVER 26.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Without Ja Morant, Jones has taken over the role as primary ball handler and has passed with flying colors. Jones is averaging 20 points, 4.5 rebounds and 7 assists on 15 field goal attempts (7 from 3) and only played 24 minutes in the Game 5 shelling.

The usage is there for the point guard and he played 41 minutes on the road in Game 4, which is a more likely game script that is a hard fought matchup. Jones had 30 PRA in that game including 18 field goal attempts. This number continues to underestimate his massive jump in usage with Morant on the sidelines.

Steven Adams OVER 20.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-116)

Adams is back in the rotation after struggling against the Minnesota Timberwolves and testing positive for the COVID-19, but his production has sky rocketed given this matchup against the Warriors.

Adams played 27 minutes in Game 4 and 21 in Game 5, combining to score 27 points, 28 rebounds and 6 assists. The center needs to stay out of foul trouble, but the Warriors lack of pick-and-pop threats gives head coach Taylor Jenkins confidence to keep him out there despite Golden State's perimeter prowess.

He's clearly the biggest man on the floor and has been dominating on the glass, so I'll take a stab at a complete box score from him.

Desmond Bane UNDER 18.5 Points (+100)

Bane has been battling a back issue for much of this series, scoring double digits in 1 of the first 4 games, but looked rejuvenated in Game 5, scoring 21 points on 6-of-12 shooting. After his point prop dropped to 16.5, it is back up to 18.5, but I'm going to fade that.

Everything looked great for Memphis on Wednesday night, but I see more of a defensive struggle back at the Chase Center and I think we see Bane come back to earth from the perimeter (4-of-6 from beyond the arc in Game 5) and also his ability to win off the bounce and get to the line after taking more free throws in Game 5 than in the whole series prior to that.

I'll fade the trendy name and go under on Bane's points.
