If your favorite team isn’t in the Super Bowl, then a fun way to have a rooting interest is to put some money on the numerous player prop bets that are out there.

With plenty of playmakers in this game, there are a ton of bets to consider. Here are three that have a great chance of hitting, with the odds from WynnBET.

3 Best Prop Bets for Rams vs. Bengals

  • Joe Mixon OVER 3.5 receptions (-135)
  • Odell Beckham Jr. OVER 65.5 receiving yards (-120)
  • Aaron Donald 2+ Sacks (+230)

Joe Mixon OVER 3.5 receptions (-135)

How do offenses slow down aggressive defensive fronts? Screens. The Los Angeles Rams front is going to have their ears pinned back in attempts of getting after Joe Burrow early in this game, and the Cincinnati Bengals would be wise to try and slow them down with some screen passes to Mixon out of the backfield.

Mixon is more than capable as a receiver, logging 42 receptions this year. His utilization in the passing game has grown as the season has gone on, pulling in 26 catches in the last five games (5.2 per game).

If the Bengals want to keep Burrow upright, expect Mixon to see plenty of work in the passing game. A prop of 3.5 is a low bar to hurdle, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he passes that number in the first half alone.

Odell Beckham Jr. OVER 65.5 receiving yards (-120)

Odell Beckham Jr. is balling out in Los Angeles, and has a huge part of the Rams’ playoff run. He’s coming off a nine-reception, 113-yard performance against the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game, and he gets the benefit of having Cooper Kupp drawing a bulk of the coverage from opposing defenses.

The Bengals have allowed 243.7 passing yards per game throughout these playoffs, but the offense of the Rams has been humming all year. As Beckham and Matthew Stafford continue to build their chemistry, their production has gone through the roof.

If the Bengals are intent on trying to slow down Kupp, then Beckham should have a nice day. 65.5 is a very getable number for him and Stafford to top.

Aaron Donald 2+ Sacks (+230)

Yes, a defensive prop bet. Aaron Donald is arguably the best player in the NFL, and is in the all-time conversation for most dominant defensive players ever to suit up. He routinely splits double teams and lives in the opposing backfield, which is wild for a defensive tackle. Donald has 1.5 sacks in these playoffs and led the Rams with 12.5 in the regular season to go along with a team-leading 19 tackles for loss.

The Bengals interior offensive line is not good. Cincinnati let Burrow get sacked 51 times this season, which was the most in the NFL. In the divisional round, Burrow was sacked nine times, which tied an NFL playoff record. Donald should feast today, and has a great shot at multiple sacks.
