The Atlanta Braves have stunned the Houston Astros, racing out to a 3-1 lead in the World Series and putting themselves one win away from their first title since 1995. This without their best player, Ronald Acuna, who tore his ACL earlier in the year.

Madness.

The Braves host Game 5 tonight with a chance to close things out at home. Here are three bold predictions ahead of the game.

If you want a guaranteed winner, bet $1 and win $100 on WynnBET if either team records a strikeout. Yeah, it's that easy.

Exclusive offer. Bet $1, Win $100 if a strikeout is pitched in that game. . dark

Anyway, back to the game.

Astros Score 7 Runs Or More

The Astros offense has been silenced in their three losses, scoring a total of four runs in games 1, 3 and 4. In their lone win, they scored 7 runs. Expect their offense to come alive in this one.

The over/under on this game is 8.5 runs with the odds at -110 at WynnBET. I'd rather take the race to seven runs prop, which has the Astros as +310 favorites. I like those odds.

Astros Win By Five Or More

The current run line in this game is Astros -1.5 with +140 odds. With their backs against the wall in a must-win game, I like the Astros to put together their best game of the year. Here's one of the main reasons, from BetSided editor Reed Wallach's prediction post from earlier today.

The Astros will turn to starting pitcher Framber Valdez to keep their season alive. While he struggled in Game 1, allowing five earned runs in two innings of work, I still like the left hander's chances of keeping a hold on the Braves explosive lineup. Atlanta hit just .242 against left handed pitching in the regular season, and Valdez has shown up in big spots this postseason, shutting down the Red Sox lineup in a Game 5 victory, tossing eight innings of one run ball.

That gives me confidence to be the Astros on the run line.

Braves Score Fewer Than 3 Runs

At this point it's obvious which way I'm leaning, but there's more to this than just a feeling. The Braves have only scored more than three runs one time in this series. In fact, they've only eclipsed 3 runs in six of 14 games, a 42% clip.

The over/under total runs scored by the Braves is 4, with the under -115 in the odds. Give me that all day.
