The Los Angeles Clippers will look to win their fifth straight game as they host the Portland Trail Blazers at Staples Center on Tuesday night.

WynnBET Sportsbook has the Clippers as 3.0-point favorites in this matchup, but the Blazers took the first game between these two teams this season.

Here are some bold player prop predictions I am making for tonight’s matchup:

Bold Predictions for Blazers vs. Clippers

  • Paul George OVER 27.5 Points (-105)
  • Jusuf Nurkic OVER 10.5 Rebounds (-105)
  • Damian Lillard UNDER 24.5 Points (+100)

Paul George OVER 27.5 Points (-105)

Paul George lit up the Portland Trail Blazers for 42 points in their first matchup this season, and I think we are getting an opportunity to buy low on his prop tonight.

George is just 13-for-42 over his last two games, but he scored 29 or more points in five of his first seven games of the season. He’s averaging 27 points per game this season, and I think playing the Blazers, who are allowing the fourth-most 3-pointers in the NBA, is a great spot for him to get back to his hot start.

Jusuf Nurkic OVER 10.5 Rebounds (-105)

The Clippers love to go small, and they allow the third-most opponent rebounds per game this season at 49.3.

Nurkic has gone over this number five times this season, including the Blazers last matchup with Los Angeles, and is averaging 11.9 rebounds per game on the season. Give me the over.

Damian Lillard UNDER 24.5 Points (+100)

Lillard is off to an extremely slow start this season, averaging just 18.5 points per game and shooting a lowly 35.1 percent from the field and 24.7 percent from beyond the arc.

While Lillard is coming off of one of his better games (25 points on 9-of-19 shooting), he also scored just four points the game before against Indiana.

I’m not sold that Dame has turned it around yet, and I’ll gladly fade him at +100 odds in this matchup against the league’s No. 3 defense.
