The Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers will play for the second time in a week, but this time with higher stakes than ever. The winner of this game will get the No. 7 seed in the Eastern Conference and play the Boston Celtics in the first round.

The Nets are nearly 10-point favorites tonight. Ben Heisler has you covered with a game preview, but let’s get into some props for the game.

Let’s take a look at these bold predictions, with odds provided by WynnBET.

Bold Predictions for Cavaliers vs. Nets

  • Kyrie Irving  45+ Points and Assists (+460)
  • Nets -14.5 (+180)
  • Bruce Brown OVER 6.5 Rebounds (+100)

Kyrie Irving 45+ Points and Assists

Irving has dropped 40 points four times in the 15 games. He is having an insane performance at least once a week. We all know just how clutch Irving is and how he rises to the occasion. With a chance to get a higher seed tonight, I expect Irving to be at his best and deliver a great performance.

He dropped 40 points a week ago today and had 35 against the Pacers to finish the season. Irving is on fire right now and will capitalize today.

Nets Cover -14.5

Cleveland is cooked. The Cavs are 3-7 in their last 10 games and one of those wins was against the Bucks who sat every one of their normal rotation players. Cleveland hasn’t won against a “healthy” playoff team in nearly a month. The Nets have too much fire power and have home court advantage.

Unless Darius Garland can become Superman overnight and drop the performance of a lifetime, I don’t see this one being close.

Bruce Brown OVER 6.5 Rebounds

Brown has cleared this line in his last three games. With plus money, I’ll consider it bold. The Cavaliers aren’t the best rebounding team in the league and Brown is always flying around the ball. Brown’s minutes have been near 40 for the last three games. If he gets that type of run, then I fully expect Brown to get 7 rebounds tonight.
