The Green Bay Packers have done a lot of shuffling and rescheduling in the last week to free up money and get their cap situation out of the gutter.

The ultimate goal is to keep Aaron Rodgers to stay, however he’s said that he doesn’t want to be involved in a rebuild. That puts the Packers in a position where they have to get players in the building to win now.

Here are three players the Packers can sign to keep Aaron Rodgers

Davante Adams

I’ll keep this simple. If Adams isn’t in Green Bay, then Rodgers isn’t there. This is step one and it needs to be made.

Von Miller

At this point, Rodgers and the Packers are on one-year agreements. Von Miller is at the point in his career where he can chase as many rings as possible. With Za’Darius Smith on one side and Miller on the other, the Packers can have one of the most insane pass rush duos in the league.

The key to winning a championship was shown in the Super Bowl. If the Packers invest correctly, they can get both lines up to speed.

Terron Armstead

If the Packers are going to make it far in the playoffs, they will have to protect Aaron Rodgers. The San Francisco 49ers pass rush was able to put a number of hits on the Packers’ offensive line and they need to retool.

Rodgers was sacked nearly twice a game last year. He’s entering his age 39 season and needs to stay upright. He isn’t as mobile as he used to be and would greatly benefit from a clean pocket. Everyone saw how great that worked for Tom Brady.
