The Tennessee Titans shocked the world when they nabbed the No. 1 seed in the AFC last season. They fell short in the playoffs against eventual-AFC Champion, Cincinnati, but they were one of the best teams in football all season.

Their front office didn't see a promising future for the current roster, however, and underwent a rebuilding transformation. Star wide receiver AJ Brown was traded to the Eagles, and the Titans selected developmental quarterback Malik Willis in hopes of moving on from Ryan Tannehill sooner than later.

Nonetheless, the bones of last year's roster are still there. Derrick Henry is plugging along, the defense is sound, and Tannehill has achieved a lot of success in Tennessee.

WynnBET Sportsbook has the Titans listed at +145 to win the AFC South, +1200 to win the AFC, and +2500 to win the Super Bowl. If the Titans are to repeat as AFC South champs and make a postseason run, here are three must-win games on their upcoming schedule:

3 Must-Win Games for the Titans

vs Indianapolis Colts

The Colts are the favorites to win the AFC South at WynnBET at -110 after replacing Carson Wentz with Matt Ryan in the offseason.

Tennessee swept the Colts last year and doing so again would go a long way in getting the Titans back to the playoffs. But they cannot afford to lose to them at home. Indianapolis has an excellent roster, and Tennessee would be putting themselves in a large hole if they can't get a win.

vs New York Giants

There aren't many "easy" games on the Titans' 2022 schedule. Hosting the Giants certainly qualifies as a relatively easy contest. New York has been bad-to-mediocre for years, and Tennessee risks falling into that same tier if they aren't able to win their easiest home games.

If the Titans falter against the Giants at home, it could be a long season for Tennessee fans.

Vs Houston Texans

Okay, this is the easiest game on their schedule. The Titans must beat Houston at home, plain and simple. With games against the AFC West and NFC East, Tennessee will be in trouble if they can't pick up the gimmies.

Houston may be the worst team in football this upcoming season. Ryan Tannehill might as well start looking for a new team if he loses this one.
