The team with the longest win streak in the AFC, the Miami Dolphins, will face-off against the team with the longest win streak in the NFC, the San Francisco 49ers, on Sunday of Week 13.

The Dolphins will put their five-game win streak on the line against the 49ers four-game win streak, and it's San Francisco who is set as the betting favorite to get the job done.

Let's take a look at the latest odds and then I'll give you my best bet for the game.

Dolphins vs. 49ers Odds, Spread, and Total

Dolphins vs. 49ers Odds, Spread, and Total Movement

The 49ers opened as 3.5-point favorites, it has moved up to -4 at some books. The total in the game has dropped half a point from 47 down to 46.5.

Dolphins vs. 49ers Prediction and Pick

The Dolphins' star offensive lineman, Terron Armstead, went down with an injury in the team's game last week against the Texans, and not enough people are talking about how important his prescence is for Miami.

It's not yet confirmed if he'll miss this weekend's game, but if he does, the Dolphins offense will be in trouble. In the previous four games prior to Armstead's injury, Tua Tagovailoa was sacked a total of two times. After Armstead was sidelined, he was sacked four times in their next three possessions. That's not good.

Now the Dolphins have to face one of the best pass rushes in the NFL in the 49ers. If Armstead misses the game, I'd highly recommend betting on the 49ers.

Even if he does play, the 49ers defense is league's above the Dolphins defense that ranks 18th in opponent yards per play. San Francisco's defense is elite and it will prove to be the difference maker in this interconference showdown.
