Arsenal is off to a 2-0-0 start, and look to make it three straight outright wins in English Premier League Play when they head to Bournemouth to take on the recently promoted Cherries.

The Gunners find themselves right near the top of the EPL standings with Man City, trailing Tottenham by just a point, but only due to the Spurs already playing three matches compared to just two.

Bournemouth owns an 11 consecutive unbeaten streak at home, and took down Aston Villa in their Premier League opener a few weeks ago before falling 4-0 to Man City on the road.

Arsenal has only lost once to Bournemouth in their last 10 matches against the Cherries. Can they make it 10 of 11 today?

AFC Bournemouth vs. Arsenal Prediction and Pick

If there's any concern that Arsenal will take Bournemouth lightly, it's not coming from the coaching staff.

Gunners manager Mikel Arteta discussed playing at "Dean Court" throughout his career, citing his familiarity with their manager Scott Parker over his career and, "I know they're going to make it a really difficult game for us."

While Areta may recognize the situation, I think this sets up well for Bournemouth to catch the Gunners napping in the early going.

In their home opener vs. Aston Villa, the Cherries scored in the first two minutes of the game, setting the tone right away in their 2-0 shutout win. They were physical, but didn't play out of control.

The Cherries seem to have a ton of confidence playing at home, and while Arsenal has looked outstanding in the early going, I'll ride with the double chance bet at just under 2/1 odds for either a draw or upset on their home pitch.
