Arizona vs. No. 14 Utah Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for College Football Week 10

The Arizona Wildcats are in the midst of arguably the toughest possible stretch in the Pac-12 this year. It began on October 8 at Oregon, a 49-22 loss, then at Washington, 49-39 loss, back home to host USC, 45-37 loss, now this week at Utah, followed by a trip to UCLA. They are nearly on the other side of it, but this stretch has already left them at 3-5 and the damage is not done yet. 

Utah is 6-2, but undefeated at home, they will put that record to the test this week as 17.5 point favorites over Arizona.

Arizona vs. Utah Prediction and Pick

Utah was held to 21 points last Thursday, but that was a weeknight game on the road, and Cameron Rising was out with injury. For the season, the Utes are 16th in points per game, led by Rising.

He has thrown for 1,855 yards, completing nearly 70% of his passes with 15 touchdowns and only three interceptions. Rising even has 308 yards and six TDs on the ground. Rising's favorite target, Dalton Kincaid has made 46 catches for 614 yards and seven touchdowns. Those two have a fantastic connection that will be tough for Arizona’s 110th ranked passing defense to slow down. 

However, Jayden de Laura and Arizona have the third ranked passing offense in the nation. They average 340.1 passing yards per game. de Laura has more turnovers, but besides his eight picks he might have more impressive numbers than Rising. 2,654 passing yards and 22 touchdowns. Utah’s defense is obviously much better than Arizona’s, but 42nd in the country isn’t fantastic. Caleb Williams threw for 385 yards and five touchdowns on the Utes defense in their last home game. 

I fully expect Rising to start and for this one to be a shootout just like the Utes' 43-42 win over USC.
