Whether or not the Baltimore Orioles will find themselves in the MLB postseason is yet to be determined, but one thing's for certain; they're winning sports bettors a ton of money.

Orioles Are Most Profitable MLB Team in 2022
The Orioles have been, by far, the most profitable team to bet on this MLB season.
Here are the top five MLB teams to bet on this year. The figures below are based on whether you had bet $100 on each team's moneyline in every game they've played so far in 2022.

As you can see, no team is even in the same league as the Orioles when it comes to profitability.
If you bet $100 on every Orioles game so far this season, you'd be up a profit of $2,412. Only one other team in all of Major League Baseball is over the $1,000 mark. It's the Mets, who are still $1,005 less profitable than the O's.
It's no wonder sportsbooks are losing money on them.
As you can imagine, Orioles fans love betting on their own team. So, as a result, Baltimore sportsbooks are hurting as they're often paying out bets on the O's at a higher rate more than any other legalized state.
