The Barbasol Championship may have an extremely weak field, but as I wrote about in my betting preview, these are exactly the types of events where we can find fantastic betting value.

But, is there value in any prop bets as well? How about the odds for a golfer to record a hole-in-one?

Let's take a look.

Barbasol Championship Hole-in-One Odds

Barbasol Championship Hole-in-One History

The Barbasol Championship has been hosted at Keene Trace Golf Club four times dating back to 2018. This event wasn't held in 2020 during the pandemic. That means we have four years of hole-in-one history to help us decided which way we're betting on it this week.

Let's take a look at the history:

  • Anders Albertson - 2019
  • John Merrick - 2019

That's it. Just Anders Albertson and John Merrick in 2019, the first year that it's been hosted at Keene Trace. That means we haven't seen an ace here in two straight events, which is likely why the "No" option is -125.

That's the way we're going to go as well. Whether it's the course or the lack of top level skill at this event, we're going to bet on there being no hole-in-one at the 2023 Barbasol Championship.

Pick: No -125
