Bengals vs. Giants Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for NFL Preseason Week 2 (Back Bengals as Underdogs)
By Joe Summers
The Brian Daboll tenure got off to a strong start for the New York Giants, as they picked up a victory over the New England Patriots with a field goal as time expired.
Daniel Jones looked solid (and didn't turn the ball over!) and the running game averaged 5.4 yards per carry. New York hopes to continue that offensive success against a Cincinnati Bengals team that just gave up 36 points to the Arizona Cardinals in a loss last week.
Cincy struggled to move the ball until the fourth quarter as the defense got smoked throughout. Can the Bengals turn things around in Week 2 or will the Giants keep rolling?
Let's take a look at the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook:

Bengals vs Giants Prediction and Pick
I know the Bengals got smoked last week, but this line feels like a giant overreaction. A 5.5-point spread in the preseason? What are we doing here?
Did we forget Cincinnati won the AFC last year just because the Giants hired Brian Daboll? Perhaps. Regardless, it's a lovely time to underreact to Week 1 of the NFL Preseason and back the Bengals.
Joe Burrow won't play, but I expect a stronger performance from Cincy's run game and defense. New York's offensive line is still shaky, while Daniel Jones is due for a turnover since he somehow managed to avoid one last week.
With the Bengals covering the spread in six of their last seven as preseason underdogs and the Giants covering just once in their last eight as favorites, I'm rolling with Cincinnati and the huge spread.
Pick: Bengals +5.5 (-110)
