The Week 5 edition of Sunday Night Football features an AFC North showdown between the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens.

The Bengals and Ravens have very different starts to their seasons, yet the two have the same record of 2-2 when they face-off tonight.

Let's take a look at a few of my favorite prop bets for tonight's rivalry showdown.

Sunday Night Football Best Prop Bets for Bengals vs. Ravens

  • Lamar Jackson OVER 57.5 Rushing Yards (-113)
  • Joe Mixon UNDER 60.5 Rushing Yards (-113)
  • Tee Higgins OVER 4.5 Receptions (-162)

Lamar Jackson OVER 57.5 Rushing Yards (-113)

Lamar Jackson is on pace to have one of his best rushing seasons of his career. Through the first four weeks, he's averaging a career high in yards per carry (8.5), and the second most yards per game of his career at 79.0. The only season he averaged more rushing yards per game was his 2019 MVP campaign when he averaged 80.4.

With his sit total today being well under what he's averaging this season, I'll take a shot on the over for his rushing yardage tonight.

Joe Mixon UNDER 60.5 Rushing Yards (-113)

Not enough people are talking about how poorly Joe Mixon is performing this season. Through the first four weeks, he's averaging a measly 2.4 yards per carry. He's surpassed 60.5 rushing yards in two of his four games, but it's only because he had 27 and 24 carries in those two contests.

If you're betting on his OVER tonight, you're banking on him carrying the ball 25+ times, because if he doesn't, his production isn't nearly high enough to reach this total.

I'll fade him tonight, and hope the Bengals lean more heavily on the pass.

Tee Higgins OVER 4.5 Receptions (-155)

Ja'marr Chase might be the number on option in Cincinnati, but it's Tee Higgins who has been even more productive. Higgins has surpassed 4.5 receptions in three straight games, and it coming off a game against the Dolphins where he racked up seven receptions on nine targets for 124 yards and a touchdown.

If you're willing to lay the -155 juice, this is my favorite prop bet of the night and could be worth a two unit play.
