Bengals vs. Ravens Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for NFL Week 7
By Matt De Saro
The Bengals and Ravens are set to face off in Week 7 with the Ravens opening as 6.5-point home favorites. Baltimore enters this game off a dominant win over the L.A. Chargers 34-6. The Ravens were locked in on both sides of the ball and look to extend that dominance to this game against Cincy.
Meanwhile, the Bengals snagged a win of their own last week, bouncing back from a loss to the Packers in Week 5. While the win was against the hapless Lions, a win is still a win. Joe Burrow threw for three touchdowns and put the game well out of reach of the Lions’ subpar offense.
The Bengals have gotten off to a 4-2 start, exceeding many expectations for their win total this season, but are only just 3-3 against the spread.
Let’s go over the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook and pick a winner for this AFC North showdown in Baltimore.

Bengals vs. Ravens Prediction and Pick
The Bengals, despite a strong roster this year, have had very little success against the Ravens in the past. Last season, the two teams met twice and the Ravens outscored their opponents 65-5 in those games. Needless to say, the Ravens have had the Bengals’ number lately.
Cincinnati does look better than they have in years past, but the Ravens are just a better all-around team as last week’s decisive win proved.
This is nearly a must-win division game for each team, but especially for the Bengals. They trail Baltimore by just one game in the standings and could pull even with an upset in Week 7.
I think the Ravens offense is just too good for the Bengals to keep in check and feat the Bengals offense won’t be able to keep up. I will cede that the Bengals defense has been stellar all year but, again, the offense will need to step up and make put-up points against an equally, if not better, Ravens defense.
The Ravens have too much momentum and skill to be ignored in this game and I predict another sizable win by Baltimore as they move to 6-1 and take further control of the AFC North.
Prediction: Ravens -6.5 (-110)
