The Green Bay Packers are clinging on for dear life for a shot at the NFL postseason when they host the Minnesota Vikings this week from the (not-so) frozen tundra of Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

You can find BetSided's best bets and favorite props for today's game, but with plenty of points expected, let's go over a few of our favorite anytime touchdown options to consider for the late afternoon NFC North showdown. We'll also put together some of our favorite touchdown scorers and prop bets and combine them into a playable same game parlay, or SGP for today as well.

Let's dive in!

Best Anytime Touchdown Picks for Vikings vs. Packers

  • A.J. Dillon +125
  • Alexander Mattison +440
  • Aaron Rodgers +650

A.J. Dillon

Aaron Jones has been playing through several injuries of late, and while he's active and available for today, I'll trust Dillon to continue to find the end zone.

The bruiser in the Packers' backfield has scored five times in his last four games, and continues to convert in goal to go situations.

Minnesota ranks second-worst in the NFL in opponent yards/play, while also in the bottom half of the league in opponent yards/rush and rushing touchdowns.

Alexander Mattison

Dalvin Cook should run wild vs. one of the worst rushing defenses in the NFL, but the value for Cook just doesn't exist.

Instead, I'll take the change-of-pace back in Mattison who has filled in admirably for Cook in the past in a plus-plus matchup. Green Bay ranks 29th in opponent yards/rush, 27th in opponent rushing yards/game, and 24th in opponent rushing touchdowns/game.

The more effective Minnesota can be on the ground, the better off their offense, which thrives off play-action will be. Mattison's odds are long for a reason, but I expect the opportunity to be there.

Aaron Rodgers

The soon-to-be 40 year old Rodgers rushed for a season-high 7 carries last week for 18 yards, and had a few near-hits for an anytime touchdown a week ago.

The Vikings have allowed three rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks this season along with 336 rushing yards. If they sell out to stop Dillon or Jones, perhaps Rodgers has some open space that gives us a big hit.
