Best College Basketball Odds for Every Game Today (Odds, Spreads and Totals for Thursday, November 10)
By Ben Heisler
Five Top 25 teams highlight Thursday evening's college basketball slate of games as 31 betting options are available to wager on in the season's first week of action.
At 8 p.m. ET, the No. 5 Kansas Jayhawks look to win their second straight and get their first cover of the year when they host North Dakota State at Allen Fieldhouse as 24-point favorites with a total of 145.5.
Also tipping off at that time is the No. 25 Texas Tech Red Raiders hosting Texas Southern in Lubbock with the smallest point spread of all five ranked teams at just 19.5. The Tigers held tough in an opening season matchup Monday night against the San Francisco Dons.
Later in the night, No. 13 Indiana faces Bethune Cookman, No. 9 Creighton has North Dakota, and No. 12 Texas welcomes Houston Christian, all of which range from 30.5 to 36-points favorites at home.
Perhaps the most noteworthy matchup of the night takes place in Moraga, Cali. as the Saint Mary's Gaels welcome the Vermont Catamounts in a battle of two NCAA Men's Tournament squads from a season ago. Based on several different trends, the OVER might be in play tonight.
Via Covers, Vermont has gone 6-1 in its last seven road games vs. a team with a winning record at home, and 5-1 vs. teams with a winning percentage at home above .600. Meanwhile, Saint Mary's has hit the over 10-2-1 in its last 13 home games, and gone 4-0 in overs vs. teams with a .600 winning percentage or greater.
