It's the first of February which means everyones attenion begins to turn to the latest bracketology as teams have about six weeks from Selection Sunday to improve their standing amongst the nations college basketball teams and avoid being on the wrong side of the bubble.

One team in desperate need for a signature win is Florida, who hosts Tennessee and the best defense in the country on Wednesday night. The Gators were outclassed by Kansas State in the Big 12/SEC Challenge while the Volunteers handled Texas at home by double digits.

Florida needs a win that they can show off to the Selection Committee, and there's no time like Wednesday night to get one against a Tennessee team that has allowed more than 70 points once since th start of January.

The other game to keep an eye on Wednesday is not between two bubble teams, but two teams vying for a Big East regular season crown as Xavier hosts Providence. Each team is 9-2 in league play, but the Musketeers are going to be without their second leading scorer Zach Freemantle for an extended period of time, can Sean Miller get his team to rally in a massive conference game?

The competition is heating up as the calendar flips to February, if you are betting on the Wednesday night card, make sure to find the best odds with our odds comparison tool below!
