We got the Week 1 – and Week 0 – jitters out of our system, so let’s settle into the college football season with another parlay.

This parlay is going to take us through the day, from noon ET to 8pm ET, as well as hit four of the Power 5 conferences. We have it all in this one, especially a winning parlay.

Without much more talking, here it is.

Best College Football Parlay Picks Today for Week 2 (+740 Odds)

  • Alabama -20 vs. Texas
  • Iowa State ML vs. Iowa
  • USC -7.5 vs. Stanford

Alabama -20 vs. Texas

This game is Nick Saban against a former assistant who is starting a freshman quarterback. Come on now. It has to be Alabama all the way. The Longhorns looked solid in their Week 1 win against UL- Lafayette, but there were still some times where you saw the youth of Quinn Ewers.

Alabama is not to be played with. They will be able to bring pressure on Ewers and force him to make quick decisions, which may not work out in his favor. The Tide are in a tier with only Georgia and Ohio State.

Trust Saban and Bryce Young, and take the points.

Iowa State ML vs. Iowa

Maybe this is a bit reactionary, but the jig is up with Iowa. The Hawkeyes scored seven points in Week 1 and didn’t score a touchdown. This is an Iowa team that was just inside the top 100 in points per game last season. The Hawkeyes will have to keep up with the Cyclones, who were top 25 a year ago and were able to make light work of their opponent in Week 1 like they were supposed to.

I understand Iowa is built on defense, but that was too poor of a performance for me to act like nothing happened and back them. I would hammer Iowa State on the spread and be even more aggressive and take them on the moneyline.

USC -8 vs. Stanford

USC looked as advertised in Week 1. The Trojans looked like the Oklahoma of the West Coast and the offense was prolific. USC has won three of the last five meetings with the Cardinal and now have a true playmaker at quarterback.

Seven of the last eight games in this matchup have been decided by at least 10 points. These games normally aren’t close. I trust Lincoln Riley and the revamped Trojan offense to win, so the value against the spread is screaming out.
