Best College Odds for Every Game Today (Odds, Spreads and Totals for Friday, January 20)
By Reed Wallach
Friday's college hoops slate is small in honor of the triple digit amount of games coming your way on Saturday, but two of the best teams in the mid-major ranks take center stage after dark.
Boise State heads to "The Pit" to face a surging New Mexico team that has two dynamic playmakers in Jaelen House and Jamal Mashburn Jr. to try and overpower the Broncos stout defense. Tip off is late, 11 p.m. EST, but this is easily the game of the night between two teams that may bust brackets come March.
The high major game that may catch your eye is Villanova heading to St. John's at 7 p.m. EST. The Johnnies have turned their season around after losing five straight Big East games, winning two in a row at home against Butler and on the road against one of the most talented teams in the country against UConn.
Nova won the first meeting between the two on Dec. 21 by 15, but St. John's is in far better form of late, can they keep it rolling against a Villanova team that is struggling under first year head coach Kyle Neptune?
