Another tough day in the "Daily Dinger" world as our team is slumping towards the finish line of the first half of the season.

Granted, both Giancarlo Stanton and Ha-Seong Kim each had hits, and Kim had the lone extra base hit of the night for San Diego, but regardless, it was another 0-2 evening in the books.

We're now back up to three of us back in the game, with 10 different evening matchups to choose from.

Here are our favorite home run prop bet picks to leave the yard this Wednesday, July 13, with all odds coming from consensus sportsbooks.

You can follow along in our latest "Daily Dinger" standings here.

Top Home Run Picks Today

  • Oneil Cruz (+700)
  • Anthony Rizzo (+400)
  • Tim Anderson (+800)

Oneil Cruz (+700) - Pittsburgh Pirates at Miami Marlins

Pablo Lopez is trending in the wrong direction, posting an ERA of 4.38 over his last four starts and I like Cruz to take advantage. T

he lefty swinging rookie had a triple on Monday and I like him to barrel one up on Lopez. He has four home runs in 21 games but his number has been dropped all the way down to +700.

Anthony Rizzo (+380) - New York Yankees vs. Cincinnati Reds

Every player on the Yankees has shortened odds today to hit a home run, and that’s because Mike Minor is on the mound.

Minor has given up a home run in each of his starts this season. While I could go with the obvious choice in Aaron Judge or Giancarlo Stanton, Anthony Rizzo has a bit more value. Also, Rizzo has 22 homers on the year himself, with three of those coming in the last eight games.

Rizzo has a good matchup and a little bit of momentum coming into today. Expect him to be the lead “Bronx Bomber” tonight. -- Donnavan Smoot

Tim Anderson (+800) - Chicago White Sox at Cleveland Guardians

Anderson hasn't hit a homer since May 22 in New York, but I'm playing the numbers for him against Civale tonight.

For his career, the White Sox shortstop has mashed in this matchup; hitting .412 with a slugging percentage of 1.059. He's 7-17 with five of his seven hits either home runs or doubles, three and two respectively.

Anderson has just five dingers on the season, but this kind of recent success combined with these massive odds feels too good to be true. I'll take the bait and hope he gets a hold of one. -- Ben Heisler
