How about Nick Pratto's night for the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday!

The Royals rookie took no prisoners on the road vs. the Chicago White Sox in Kansas City's 9-7 victory on the South Side, becoming the first rookie since Bo Jackson to put up his stat line.

More importantly, Pratto (+480) gave our team a second consecutive cashing night in BetSided's "Daily Dinger" home run prop selections! With another massive slate of games on the board this evening, can we make it 3 for 3?

Here are our favorite MLB home run prop bet picks for Wednesday, August 31.

Best Home Run Picks Today

Paul Goldschmidt – St. Louis Cardinals at Cincinnati Reds

In case you hadn’t heard, NL MVP favorite Paul Goldschmidt crushes left-handed pitching, and he just happens to be facing one of the worst lefties in all of baseball this season on Wednesday.

Goldy and the Cardinals take on Mike Minor and the Reds in what should be an easy win for St. Louis, considering Minor has a 6.10 ERA this season and has allowed 19 homers in 15 starts.

Throughout his career against Minor, Goldschmidt is 8-for-14 with three homers, one double and five RBIs. Yeah, he crushes him. Even though the Reds have won Minor’s last two starts, I think Goldy goes deep and probably gets on base a few times against Minor in this one. – Peter Dewey

Albert Pujols – St. Louis Cardinals at Cincinnati Reds

I’ll see your consensus National League MVP pick, Peter Dewey, and I’ll raise you to a 42-year old Hall of Famer in Albert Pujols!

Yep, that same guy chasing 700 career home runs, like his teammate Goldschmidt, has also destroyed lefties this year. While Goldschmidt has the better batting average vs. southpaws, Pujols has actually hit more home runs in less at-bats!

Minor has approached full-on “Gas Can” status this year and is an almost weekly target in home run prop picks whenever he’s on the mound. Pujols has hit an astounding .393 in August with eight home runs, so what’s one more to end the month on a high note? Ben Heisler

Seth Brown - Oakland Athletics at Washington Nationals

Anibal Sánchez gets the start for the Washington Nationals, so if you’re looking for a home run prop today, take a look at the Oakland Athletics.

Sánchez is allowing an average of 2.5 home runs per nine innings pitched this season, and the Nationals bullpen is allowing the most home runs per nine innings in the Majors at 1.5.

Seth Brown has hit 17 home runs this season, but hasn’t hit a dinger since August 7. He’s long overdue to go yard once again - Iain MacMillan

Michael Harris – Atlanta Braves vs. Colorado Rockies

In my eyes, Harris is the NL Rookie of the Year, a fantastic hitter flirting with .300 and a gold glove candidate in centerfield.

He also has some serious pop in his bat. He has hit 12 of his 13 homers against right handed batting, slugging at .559 as well. He has the pleasure of facing Ryan Feltner of the Rockies on Wednesday and I think he’s going deep. Harris is hitting .349 over the last two weeks but only has one dinger, I think we see some bigger results heading into September. -- Reed Wallach
