It’s a busy Thursday in the MLB and I wanted to shake things up a bit this afternoon. With that in mind, let's take a look at three games that, when combined, make for a pretty sweet MLB parlay for Thursday.

Without further ado, let’s dive right into these games with odds courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Best MLB Parlay Picks

Los Angeles Dodgers -138 ML vs. Philadelphia Phillies

Today’s series opener between the Dodgers and Phillies should feature quite a battle on the mound. Luckily, the Dodgers pitching staff has the best ERA in the league at 2.25. If that weren’t enough to get you salivating on this pick, LA is also ranked fourth in runs scored on offense.

The Dodgers will lean on Tyler Anderson to build on his 3-0 record and 2.78 ERA. He is not going deep into games, but the bullpen is more than capable of picking up the slack.

Pittsburgh Pirates -132 ML vs. Cincinnati Reds

This game is a rematch at the plate and on the mound that we saw five days ago with Connor Overton and JT Brubaker facing off. Brubaker hasn’t been lights out with an 0-2 record and 5.68 ERA in six starts. He has also issued 14 free passes which are concerning despite a k/9 of 10.66.

Looking back at last week’s game, the Reds won 9-2 with both pitchers pitching well. And while Brubaker’s numbers are worse than Overtons, they don’t tell the whole story. Brubaker gets a lot more swinging misses gives up far fewer hard-hit balls and should see his stats normalize over the next few weeks. The Reds are also 2-15 on the road.

St. Louis Cardinals -190 ML vs. Baltimore Orioles

I’m going to saddle up with the Cardinals to close out this parlay as they close out this series against Baltimore. Despite taking Game 2, the Orioles have one of the worst offenses in the league and score the 25th fewest number of runs per game.

Jordan Hicks will do a good job limiting hits and keeping the O’s off the board. He is a strikeout specialist with 18 punch outs in 16 ⅔ innings pitched. I expect him to roll against this brutally bad offense.
