OK, now this is the kind of MLB slate I'm used to seeing. After having only six games scheduled yesterday with one of them rained out, baseball is back to normal with a whopping 16 games on tap for today.

The team at BetSided has previews for each as always, but I'm here to build a beautiful parlay out of the best. If you lay a brick down here and a brick down there, eventually you have a house. Or maybe just a couple of bricks on top of each other, but hopefully a house!

Step on through the door frame with me and take a look around. Using the odds from WynnBET, I've got my bricks laid out and I'm ready to host a parlay party. Let's check out my best MLB parlay picks of the day -- I hope you brought refreshments.

Best MLB Parlay Picks Today

Marlins -1.5 (+110) vs Nationals

Happy Joan Adon day! The Nationals' 23-year-old has been the worst starter in MLB this season, compiling a 6.01 expected ERA as Washington has lost eight consecutive games he's started. Seven of those losses have come by multiple runs, including a 5-1 Marlins win last month.

Miami will start rookie phenom Edward Cabrera, who allowed only one hit over six scoreless innings against Colorado in his MLB debut. He's got a powerful fastball and excellent strikeout numbers, fanning nine in that first start.

The Marlins have won four of five as a home favorite while Washington is just 6-12 in their last 18 on the road, with all but one loss coming on the run line. Trust Miami to win convincingly behind another strong performance from Cabrera and a flailing one from Adon.

Blue Jays -1.5 (-135) vs Royals

Toronto is 10-2 over their last dozen games and send Cy Young candidate Alek Manoah to the mound to take on Brad Keller and the lifeless Royals. Manoah has been as dominant as any starter in MLB this year, amassing a 6-1 record and 1.98 ERA while throwing a quality start in nine of his 10 outings.

Brad Keller, meanwhile, has lost five consecutive starts and ranks in the 27th percentile in expected batting average. Kansas City is 3-14 over their last 17 as they've cemented themselves as the worst team in baseball. They've got the worst bullpen in the league to back Keller up, and I expect Toronto to score a ton.

The Blue Jays easily lead MLB in OPS against right-handed pitchers over the last three weeks. Expect them to keep their hot streak going.

Giants -1.5 (-105) vs Rockies

After a day off yesterday, the rested Giants lineup should pummel German Marquez. The Rockies' starter is 1-5 with a 6.71 ERA on the season and his underlying metrics are among the worst in the sport. Take a peak at his MLB Statcast Pitching Profile:

Colorado is 2-6 in his last eight starts and face one a dominant pitcher in Carlos Rodon today. Rodon has a 2.35 ERA at home and the Giants' bats are hitting well right now. As a bonus, we get to fade the worst road team in MLB.

The Rockies are 3-14 in their last 17 on the road, with 12 of those losses coming by multiple runs. San Francisco should roll here and we're getting a value on the Giants' run line.

Tigers (-116) vs Pirates

I can't have a parlay party without mentioning my guy Tarik Skubal! Skubal is enjoying a sensational season, holding his opponent scoreless in 31 of his last 32 innings.

The Tigers are 4-1 in Skubal's last five starts and were on a nice stretch before taking on the New York Yankees. Pirates' starter Jose Quintana is having a fine year as well, but his 4.50 expected ERA suggests he's due for negative regression. With how well Skubal is pitching, Detroit may only need a run or two to pull off the victory.

In Skubal we trust.

Recap
