The MLB card is stacked today with a ton of division rivalries, pitching duels, and a few red-hot teams. There are a few pitching mismatches on the card today that I want to highlight as part of this Friday three-team Parlay. Let's get started, with all odds courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.
Best MLB Parlay Picks for Thursday

A $25 wager would win $170.54 if it hits!
Mariners -1.5 vs. Athletics (-105)
This might be the easiest call of the day for me with Logan Gilbert on the mound for Seattle. Gilbert continues to shine as a part of this team at 8-3 with a 2.44 ERA and 1.09 WHIP. In five starts so far this month, Gilbert has an excellent 2.73 ERA with 29 strikeouts in 29 ⅔ innings. The A’s are the worst team in the league right now and Gilbert should have no issue breezing right past them.
Padres ML vs. Dodgers (+116)
There is no denying that the Los Angeles Dodgers are one of the best teams in the league right now. They currently hold a slim 1.5-game lead over the Padres in the NL West and I think that lead will shrink to a half-game tonight. Nothing against the Dodgers, but Joe Musgrove is pitching for San Diego in this spot. Musgrove is 8-1 with a 2.12 ERA and 0.95 WHIP in 85 strong innings this year. The current Dodgers are hitting just .193 against him in 99 at-bats with nine extra-base hits and 2 strikeouts. Expect Musgrove to shine again in this spot with the Padres as underdogs.
Reds ML vs. Cubs (+110)
I still believe the Reds are one of the worst teams I have seen in a few years in the MLB. However, they have been heating up at the plate over the last couple of games. The Reds took two of three games from the Giants after scoring a combined 16 runs in the series. They came out in Game 1 of this series with a 5-3 win over the Cubs before losing last night 8-3.
I think Graham Ashcraft will be the star of the show tonight for Cincinnati. He is coming off an eight-inning game against the Giants with eight strikeouts and zero walks in eight innings. The rookie righty is now 4-1 while the Reds are 6-1 SU when he makes the start.
