I tried a different approach two days ago and missed all three games. Classic reverse sweep. So I'm not going to do that again. It's a beautiful Friday to trust yourself, after all!

We've got a doozy of a slate today, with 15 games on tap. The BetSided crew has you covered with previews for each game, but I'm here to package together a parlay to send us into the weekend loaded with dollars.

Using the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook, let's check out my favorite parlay plays on the MLB schedule. Mark May 20th, 2022 down on your calendar. After this cash we're about to have, you'll remember it forever.

Best MLB Parlay Picks Today

Cardinals (-141) vs Pirates

As I wrote in my preview for the game, Adam Wainwright loves facing Pittsburgh. He's won an obscene nine consecutive starts against the Pirates, compiling a 1.20 ERA in that span and not allowing a single run in his last 30 innings.

The Pirates have scored nine total runs in their last seven games and I don't see them getting to Wainwright today. St. Louis is 17-5 over their last 22 as a road favorite and notch another victory today.

Marlins (+109) vs Braves

The Marlins' lineup ranks sixth in OPS at home and gets to face a declining pitcher in Charlie Morton today. Morton has lost all three of his road starts this year, compiling a 7.31 ERA in the process. He's struggled with command, and Miami hits right-handed pitchers well.

While Morton is an easy pitcher to fade, Marlins' starter Trevor Rogers is worthy of backing. He's been a bit unlucky this season but still ranks in the 84th percentile in hard hit percentage and 86th in barrel percentage. Rogers shut the Braves out over five innings last month and Atlanta has the worst OPS against left-handed pitchers in the league during May. The Marlins have the bullpen advantage as well, and I think they pick up the win.

Yankees (-220) vs White Sox

It's Nestor Cortes day! The 27-year-old ranks in the 95th percentile in expected ERA and just limited the White Sox to three hits and one run over 8.1 innings in his last start. Dallas Kuechel shut the Yankees out over five innings last week, but he's a prime candidate for regression. Kuechel ranks in the 28th percentile in expected batting average and struggles with command.

The Yankees are 11-1 in their last dozen as a home favorite and get the win behind a dominant performance from Cortes.

Tigers (-103) vs Guardians

The Tigers haven't had much reason to celebrate, but Tarik Skubal has been sensational. He has a 0.95 ERA in May and hasn't allowed a run in his last 14 innings. His performance isn't a fluke, either, as he ranks in the 90th percentile in expected ERA and has 25 strikeouts in his last 19 innings.

His counterpart, Aaron Civale, has been an unmitigated disaster. Civale has an 11.58 ERA over his last four starts and is in the 11th percentile in expected ERA. Detroit has the better bullpen and should push the Guardians to 1-6 over their last seven.

Rays (-125) vs Orioles

The Rays have won 15 consecutive games against Baltimore and are well-positioned to extend their dominance. They've already shown an ability to beat up Orioles' starter Tyler Wells, tagging him for four runs in 1.2 innings last month.

Tampa Bay didn't play yesterday and will have their bullpen fully rested, while the Orioles exhausted their relievers in a walk-off win over the Yankees. The Rays have won seven straight as a road favorite and should get the job done once again.
