Saturday is for the parlays and we have a great one locked a loaded to kick off the weekend with a potential big win. There are several pitching mismatches on the card today to use as legs in this parlay. Let's get started, with all odds courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Best MLB Parlay Picks for Thursday

  • Giants ML vs. Reds (-230)
  • Braves ML vs. Dodgers (-140)
  • Brewers ML. vs. Blue Jays (-178)

A $25 wager would win $71.04 if it hits!

Giants ML vs. Reds (-230)

I like to add one “can’t miss” game to each parlay and the Reds are one of my favorite fade targets for this slot.

Today they attempt to win two in a row against a very good San Francisco Giants team on the road. I do not foresee this going well for the Reds. Mike Minor will make his fifth start of the year for the Reds despite an awful 6.97 ERA and 1.50 WHIP. Minor hasn’t finished a season with an ERA below 5.00 since 2019 and is a huge problem on a team full of them.

Logan Webb, on the other hand, has been great for the Giants at 6-2 with a 3.26 ERA and 1.16 WHIP. Don’t overthink this one just because the Reds won last night.

Braves ML vs. Dodgers (-140)

The Dodgers enter this NLCS rematch as +130 against the reigning champions despite a 4-1 victory last night over the Braves.

But, as is the case with most things in the MLB, this game comes down to the pitching and the Braves have it tonight.

Max Fried will make his 15th start of the year boasting a 2.77 ERA and 1.05 WHIP in 87 ⅔ innings. He looked unstoppable in his previous start against the Giants, tossing seven innings of one-run ball. The Dodgers are obviously a great team, and it’s tempting to snag them at plus money. But there is a reason they are not favored tonight and I agree with the oddsmakers here.

Brewers ML. vs. Blue Jays (-178)

Rounding out our three-team MLB parlay for Saturday is a money-line play on the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers are trying to hold onto their lead in the NLCentral and are currently tied with the Cardinals after going 6-4 last week.

Luckily for them, they should enjoy a strong night at the plate against the Blue Jay’s Yusei Kikuchi tonight.

Kikuchi has been bad all year, with a 4.94 ERA and 1.52 WHIP. But, since the start of June, he’s totally gone off the rails. Over his last four starts, Kikuchi has a 9.45 ERA in 13 ⅓ innings. The biggest reason for this is obvious. Kikuchi has allowed nine home runs in his last four games. The Brewers are the fifth-best home run-hitting team in the league and I wouldn’t trust Kikuchi or the Jays tonight against them.
