Zack Wheeler OVER 6.5 Strikeouts (-115) - Philadelphia Phillies vs. Chicago Cubs

Wheeler has gone below this number in three straight, but I'm going to buy low on one of the best pitchers in baseball against one of the worst offenses.

The Cubs have the sixth highest strikeout rate this month, sitting at a ghastly 25.8%, and Wheeler has gone six or more innings in all but two starts since May 12th.

Brandon Woodruff OVER 6.5 Strikeouts (-116) - Milwaukee Brewers vs. Colorado Rockies

The fireballing right-hander is the biggest favorite on the board this evening against the Rockies, reaching almost as high as -300 at several books.

Colorado is projected for less than 3 runs, as Woodruff should cruise against a hapless lineup away from Coors Field in Denver. Woodruff in 13 starts has a strikeout rate of over 30%, and easily cleared this number in three of his last four games. He only lasted 5.2 innings in his recent start in San Francisco despite giving up just two earned, but he also allowed five walks as well.

With plenty of rest to heal up from the break, along with a dominant 2.20 ERA at home, he'll feast this evening in Milwaukee while racking up the K's. -- Ben Heisler
