With one the Marlins-Rockies game postponed yesterday, the team didn't get a chance to get back to .500. However, everyone is on with a pick today, so let's dive straight into the props for the day.

- Michael Kopech OVER 4.5 Strikeouts (-120)
- Madison Bumgarner OVER 4 strikeouts (-125)
- Robbie Ray OVER 6.5 Strikeouts (-140)
- Mitch White OVER 3.5 Strikeouts (+135)
Nestor Cortes Jr. OVER 6.5 Strikeouts (-104)
Cortes is on a hot streak right now. He’s cleared this line in three of his last four starts and has a great matchup tonight. The Angels strikeout at the third-highest rate in baseball. Cortes has the second-best ERA and third-best WHIP in MLB. At home, he should be able to find his rhythm early and keep it up all night. – Donnavan Smoot
Michael Kopech OVER 4.5 Strikeouts (-120)
I love this number for Michael Kopech on Wednesday even against a stingy Toronto Blue Jays offense.
The Jays average just 8.06 strikeouts per game this season, but Kopech has been one of the deadliest pitchers in MLB this season, ranking in the 97th percentile in batting average against and 61st percentile in strikeout percentage, per Baseball Savant.
Even though he has fewer strikeouts (39) than innings pitched this season (42), Kopech has been consistent, clearing 4.5 K’s in five of his eight starts. Kopech has an electric fastball, and this number is too low for me to pass up, even against the Jays. – Peter Dewey
Madison Bumgarner OVER 4 strikeouts (-125)
I'm back on the fade the Braves train when it comes to strikeout props. They remain the worst team in striking out in the Majors, and it's not even close. They strike out on 1.3% more plate appearances than the next worst team. To be fair, Bumgarner isn't exactly throwing heat this season, but he's surpassed this number in two of his last four starts which means he's trending in the right direction in the strikeout department. I like him to hit at least five Ks tonight. – Iain MacMillan
Robbie Ray OVER 6.5 Strikeouts (-140)
Ray has seen his overall numbers take a step back after winning the 2021 American League Cy Young, but he hasn't lost his punch out pitch. He has struck out more than 7 batters in his last starts and 5 of his last 6. Ray will face an Orioles team that loves to takes hacks at the ball, top 10 in strikeout rate over the last 2 weeks. It's juicy, but I like Ray to go over once again. – Reed Wallach
Mitch White OVER 3.5 Strikeouts (+135)
Taking White to hit a number he hasn't hit all season is certainly a gamble, but there are a few underlying reasons behind why at this number, it's worth a shot.
White is making just his third start of the season, and has been stretched out over his last two games; going 2.1 innings vs. the Phillies on May 21, and going 4.0 against the Diamondbacks his last time out. He faced only 11 batters, followed by 16, throwing 49 and 61 pitches respectively.
Now, he gets by far his easiest matchup of the season vs. the Pirates who rank third-worst in strikeout percentage, and should have ample opportunities to thrive at home.
It may be a tad bit high, but the matchup looks right for White to go over this evening. – Ben Heisler
