We took two plus money props yesterday, and we hit on two plus money props yesterday. The hook saved us with Lucas Giolito’s prop, and Martin Perez easily cleared 4.5 strikeouts.

Today, we’re going back to the mound, with two strikeout props and one "hits allowed" prop. After an 0-2 night, can we get a sweep to recover?

Here are the plays our team is eyeing for tonight’s slate with odds coming from WynnBET and consensus lines.

Best MLB Prop Bets Today

  • Clayton Kershaw OVER 4.5 Strikeouts (-122)
  • Patrick Corbin OVER 5.5 Hits Allowed (-105)
  •  Zac Gallen UNDER 5.5 Strikeouts (-110)

Clayton Kershaw OVER 4.5 Strikeouts (-122)

Kershaw is still finding his footing after being injured for a majority of May. However, if his last start was any indication, he’s back. Kershaw threw 7 strikeouts against the Reds, showing he can still fan batters with ease. The Rockies are top 10 in strikeout percentage, but I’ll trust Kershaw – who cleared this line in his last start and was one strikeout away from clearing in the two starts prior. – Donnavan Smoot

Patrick Corbin OVER 5.5 Hits Allowed (-105)

The Pittsburgh Pirates haven’t been great this season offensively, but I can’t stay away from this number for Washington Nationals starter Patrick Corbin.

Corbin has made 15 starts this season and has a 6.60 ERA and 1.79 WHIP. He has allowed six or more hits in 11 of his 15 starts, and has just one start since May that he allowed fewer than six hits.

The Pirates are only averaging 7.18 hits per game this season, but this matchup is simply too good to resist. – Peter Dewey

Zac Gallen UNDER 5.5 Strikeouts (-110)

Gallen is coming off an 11-strikeout game, but besides that he has gone UNDER that mark once in his past six starts. He now faces a Padres team that is disciplined at the dish and striking out a bottom 10 rate over the past two weeks. I can't back this number when it is so far off his recent form outside of one monster performance. I'll bet on the norm and not the outliers, give me the UNDER. – Reed Wallach
