Best Monday Night Football Same Game Parlay for Browns vs. Steelers
By Ben Heisler
It's the Big Ben Swan Song game in Pittsburgh tonight when the Steelers host the Cleveland Browns in what appears to be Ben Roethlisberger's final regular season game at Heinz Field.
After opening as a 3-point underdog, the line has moved a full 6-points the opposite direction at WynnBET; with the Steelers now 3-point favorites at -105 odds.
The total, which started at 40.5, has also shot up to 43.5, with even -110 odds on both the over and under.
Same game parlays, particularly on stand-alone prime time games, are a ton of fun. Bettors can still enjoy the intrigue of betting small and winning big if everything comes through, minus the waiting through an entire slate. You can focus in on one matchup and watch as your bets hopefully hit throughout the evening.
At WynnBET, you can build your own same-game parlay with a variety of betting options; ranging from the spread, total, alternatives spreads and totals, and several unique prop bets and promos with multiple outcomes. Most sportsbooks have you choose between one number, say, for example, receiving yards.
In this week’s Monday Night Football matchup between the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers, BetSided has you covered with a parlay where you can jump in on some favorable odds.
Here is a sample same-game parlay I like where a $25 bet would win $250.00 at +1000 odds.
Best Same Game Parlay for Browns vs. Steelers
- Pittsburgh Steelers -0.5 vs. Cleveland Browns
- Nick Chubb 80+ Rushing Yards
- Ben Roethlisberger 215+ Passing Yards
- Pat Freiermuth ANYTIME TD
Steelers -0.5
Throughout last week in our NFL upset picks, along with today's episode of "Bet & Breakfast," I've been touting the Steelers as a pick I loved back when they were favorites in Big Ben's finale at home.
While the line felt like a bit of a trap, the odds worked out in our favor after the Browns were officially eliminated from playoff contention over the weekend, giving out the possibility of them sitting some guys.
Now that the line has moved all the way to Steelers -3, I'll give myself a bit of a discount in building this bet at WynnBET and ask the Steelers to win straight-up; something Big Ben has done every time he's ever played the Browns at home.
Nick Chubb 80+ Rushing Yards
Chubb has cleared 80+ rushing yards nine times out of 12 games this season, and should have no issues reaching this milestone against the Steelers defense that's ranked dead last over their last three games in stopping the run.
Pittsburgh has held him to 67.5 rush yards/game over his career, but this is by far the worst Steelers front seven he's ever faced, even with likely Defensive Player of the Year T.J. Watt lurking. Look for Cleveland to protect Baker Mayfield from turnovers and let Chubb run free for a feel-good-win opportunity now that the season is lost for the Browns.
Ben Roethlisberger 215+ Passing Yards
If it truly is Big Ben's final game. vs. the Browns, Mike Tomlin will let him throw until his arm falls off. In his career, he's averaged 251.8 passing yards/game for 22 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 13 games vs Cleveland at Heinz Field.
Especially if the game is close, we'll see some attempts at "Hero Ball" from Big Ben to end his career at home in style.
Pat Freiermuth ANYTIME TD
The rookie tight end from Penn State has been Big Ben's second favorite target in the red zone, tied with Diontae Johnson for the most receiving touchdowns this year.
Freiermuth catches a touchdown one out of every seven balls thrown his way, and with his size advantage vs. Cleveland, he should be able to grab another one tonight.
