The NBA playoffs continue to heat up with three more Game 3s on Friday night, and it's going to be tough to follow up Thursday night's slate which saw a pair of close games between the Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets and the Los Angeles Clippers and Phoenix Suns.

Tonight, the Boston Celtics are in search of a 3-0 lead against the Atlanta Hawks, and they are slight favorites on the road in this matchup.

Sticking in the Eastern Conference, the No. 4 vs. No. 5 matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks shifts to New York and Madison Square Garden with the series tied at one game apiece.

New York is favored by two points in that matchup, but the Cavs were dominant in their win in Game 2.

In the Western Conference, the No. 1-seeded Denver Nuggets are looking to go up 3-0 on the Minnesota Timberwolves after weathering a huge Minnesota third quarter to win Game 2.

With these three games in action, let's dive into the best odds for each matchup:

Best NBA Odds for Every Playoff Game Today (Friday, April 21)

Cavaliers vs. Knicks odds, spread and total

The first two games of this series have been very physical, falling short of the total in each matchup. While the Knicks won and covered in Game 1, oddsmakers seem to be high on the Cavs as just two-point dogs in this matchup.

Celtics vs. Hawks odds, spread and total

The Celtics have won the first two games of this series by double-digits, dominating the Hawks for eight quarters. Atlanta may play a bit better at home, but Boston is the superior team here.

I'm laying the five points with the Celtics.

Nuggets vs. Timberwolves odds, spread and total

Denver and Minnesota have played some interesting games in this series.

The Wolves couldn't score in Game 1 or the first half of Game 2, then they shot 80 percent from the field in a dominant third quarter in Game 2. Still, the team didn't pull off a win on the road.

I do think the Wolves get a game in this series, but will it be Game 3? My best bet in this matchup is the OVER after the Wolves found their offense in Game 2.
