Game 3 of the Heat-Celtics series is tonight and I have plenty of props for you. While I am admittedly confused and frustrated about handicapping this series, individual performances have been easier to figure out.

BetSided has you covered with a game preview for the game, but let’s dive into the player props.

Here are three prop bets for Heat-Celtics Game 3.

Best Prop Bets For Heat vs. Celtics

  • Jimmy Butler OVER 26.5 Points (-115)
  • Bam Adebayo OVER 13.5 Points (-125)
  • Marcus Smart OVER 6.5 Assists (-105)

Jimmy Butler OVER 26.5 Points (-115)

In the first two games of this series, Butler has been the only consistent offensive factor for the Heat. He’s taking a majority of the shots, and is driving the offense. Miami, because of the lack of contribution from its role players, is at its best when Butler is in attack mode. The Heat are on the road, so I expect a drop off from its role players. That means Butler will have to be a scorer today to keep them in the game. With not a lot of juice, I like this prop a lot.

Bam Adebayo OVER 13.5 Points (-125)

Adebayo has been a shell of himself offensively all playoffs long, but I think this line is still too low. The Heat need someone to step up to help Jimmy Butler on offense. Adebayo is in solid scoring positions all game long. He’ll just have to be aggressive enough to take them. He’s missed this line in his last four games, so I’m banking heavily on positive regression.

Marcus Smart OVER 6.5 Assists (-105)

Smart has cleared this line in his last three games. Now that the Celtics are back home, I expect the role players to continue to play well. Smart was aggressive in Game 2, but he won’t have to be in this game. His role players will shoot the ball well and make his job as the facilitator easier. This is asking for a little under half of the amount of assists he had in Game 2. I think with Brown and Tatum still cooking, Smart could clear this line early.
