Best NBA Prop Bets Today
- LaMelo Ball OVER 6.5 Rebounds (-125)
- LaMelo Ball UNDER 19.5 Points (-120)
- Myles Turner OVER 12.5 Points (-135)
- Bradley Beal OVER 4.5 Assists (-135)
Washington Wizards vs. Charlotte Hornets: LaMelo Ball OVER 6.5 Rebounds (-125)
LaMelo Ball is averaging 7.5 rebounds per game this season, but he’s gone over this total in five straight contests including two games of double-digit rebounds. Over that stretch, LaMelo is averaging 11.2 rebounds per game, and he’s playing major minutes this year (10 straight games with 30 or more minutes played).
The Wizards are middle of the pack this season in rebound rate (50.9 percent), and I think the one-point spread means we’re going to get plenty of LaMelo if the Hornets want to win. -- Peter Dewey
Washington Wizards vs. Charlotte Hornets: LaMelo Ball UNDER 19.5 Points (-120)
Ball and the Hornets might be in for a slight letdown spot tonight following their upset win over the Warriors last time out. The Wizards are playing terrific basketball and sit at the top of the Eastern Conference with a 10-3 record, but are actually a 1-point road dog in Charlotte.
What's remarkable about the Wizards' turnaround is their play on defense. They've gone under Scott Brooks as a bottom five defense to No. 4 in the NBA in defensive rating under Wes Unseld Jr. Spencer Dinwiddie has been an excellent perimeter defender, and I anticipate him being a thorn in LaMelo's side throughout the evening. -- Ben Heisler
Indiana Pacers vs. Detroit Pistons: Myles Turner OVER 12.5 Points (-135)
Myles Turner has been extremely solid this season. Turner isn’t the most dynamic scorer, but he gets decent volume in terms of shots and has a great upside tonight against a bad Pistons defense. Turner has cleared this line in four of his last six games and is shooting over 50% from the floor and 40% from 3. Last season, he had a 14-point game against the Pistons and a terrible 0-for-4 off night. I’m willing to bet he stays on the path he’s been on and clears this number. -- Donnavan Smoot
Washington Wizards vs. Charlotte Hornets: Bradley Beal OVER 4.5 Assists (-135)
Through his first 10 games of the season, Bradley Beal is averaging a career high in assists with 5.6 per game. I'm banking on him building on that mark again tonight, as he's facing a Charlotte Hornets team that allows the second most opponent assists per game at 26.2.
He's especially turned it up as of last, racking up at least seven assists in four straight starts. -- Iain MacMillan
