Here are the plays our team is eyeing for tonight’s slate with all odds via WynnBET:

Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • Luka Doncic OVER 27.5 Points (-115)
  • Cameron Johnson OVER 15.5 Points (-115)
  • Caris LeVert UNDER 7.5 Assists (-125)

Luka Doncic OVER 27.5 Points (-115)

I've been keeping it simple when it comes to NBA player props, and it's been working out for me, so I'm going to continue that strategy. Luka Doncic has been on fire recently, hitting the OVER on this number of 27.5 in three of his last four games.

Now he gets to go up against the worst shooting team in the NBA in Portland, who ranks last in opponent shooting percentage at 47.3%. I'll be rooting for a big game from Luka tonight. – Iain MacMillan

Doncic has cleared this line in three of his last four games. He was on pace to clear it last game, but the Mavericks were down by so much that he sat late in the game.

Doncic is the center of the Mavericks offense and he’s been more aggressive looking for his shot. He’s taken at least 22 shots in six of his last nine games. As long as the Mavericks don’t get beat by 38 points tonight, Doncic will play his regular minutes and get his. Also, the Blazers have the third-worst defense in the league – making this a perfect storm for a big Luka night. – Donnavan Smoot

Cameron Johnson OVER 15.5 Points (-115)

I am all over the Cameron Johnson prop market with Deandre Ayton, Jae Crowder, Cameron Payne and JaVale McGee out of the lineup.

Johnson got the start for the Phoenix Suns against the Utah Jazz in their last game and had 20 points on 7-of-12 shooting, raising his season percentages to 45.5 percent from the field and 43.0 percent from 3.

As a starter this season, Johnson is averaging 18.1 points per game in seven games and is attempting an average of 11.6 shots per game.

Give me the over with Rudy Gobert out for the Jazz tonight.

Caris LeVert UNDER 7.5 Assists (-125)

Caris LeVert is coming off a very solid 19-point, six-rebound and eight-assist outing Monday night against the Pelicans on the final game of their five game road trip.

Now, they're back at home facing a Hornets team that's going to push the Pacers out of their comfort zone with the pace of play; ranking second compared to 23rd.

It's natural to assume that more opportunities to score lead to more assists for someone like LeVert, but the reality is Indiana will need more scoring out of him as opposed to dishing it out.

LeVert has only hit this number in two of his last five games, and has barely gone over with eight and nine respectively. Personally, I think he's more likely to drop 30 than go for eight or more dimes. -- Ben Heisler
