The BetSided team is all in on player props for this NBA season, sharing our favorite and best prop bet picks each day during the year.

We've got three props for the playoff games tonight, between the Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat and Phoenix Suns-Dallas Mavericks game.

Best NBA Prop Bets Record to Date

Here are the plays we are eyeing for tonight’s slate with all odds via WynnBET:

Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • Tobias Harris OVER 19.5 Points (-115)
  • Dorian Finney-Smith OVER 17.5 Points + Rebounds (-130)
  • James Harden UNDER 40.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-120)

Tobias Harris OVER 19.5 Points (-115)

Tobias Harris scored 27 points in Game 1, a direct result of getting more shots. With Joel Embiid’s injury, Harris’ scoring is a necessity for the Sixers.

Harris averaged 19 points per game this season without Embiid. The nature of Harris’ career has led him to be the ultimate “even out” player, but the 76ers need his offense and can’t turn anywhere else. If he gets similar shot attempts, I like Harris to clear this line. – Donnavan Smoot

Dorian Finney-Smith OVER 17.5 Points + Rebounds (-130)

The Dallas Mavericks are committed to their guys during this NBA Playoffs run, and for players like Dorian Finney-Smith, you better be prepared for 40-plus minutes each night.

The versatile Mavs forward almost never takes a break, and has even played anywhere from the three to the five over the postseason. He's taken double digit shots in five of his last six games, and has cleared this prop in four of his last five. He's also gone above five rebounds in six of his last seven.

The Mavs did not have their best game plan for Phoenix in Game 1, but I expect a closer Game 2 tonight with Smith's active presence scoring and rebounding being a key reason for their success. -- Ben Heisler

James Harden UNDER 40.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-120)

This is more about the Miami Heat defense than it is fading James Harden, as the Heat have limited Harden and Trae Young so far in their first six playoff games this year.

Harden took just 13 shots in Game 1, which we should expect to go up, but he’s reached 41 PRA in just two games this postseason, and they came in games where he put up 14 and 15 assists respectively.

The Heat allowed the fourth-fewest assists per game during the regular season, and with both of these teams playing at a bottom five pace in the league, I don’t see the path for Harden to get over this number without a crazy scoring game.

I’ll trust Miami’s elite defense to keep Harden in check tonight. – Peter Dewey
