The Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics face off for the second time in a week on Wednesday night, and Cleveland is hoping to improve to 2-0 against Boston and 6-1 on the season.

The Celtics have taken a step back defensively so far this season, and things won’t be easy against a Cleveland team that is No. 3 in offensive rating and shooting a league-best percentage from beyond the arc.

I have a pick for this game here, but if you’re looking to wager on some props, there are plenty to target in this matchup as well.

Here are three of my favorites:

Celtics vs. Cavaliers Best NBA Prop Bets

  • First Quarter OVER 56.5 Points
  • Jaylen Brown OVER 23.5 Points
  • Al Horford UNDER 7.5 Rebounds

First Quarter OVER 56.5 Points

Both of these teams have been elite in first quarters this season, with the Celtics ranking No. 1 in the league in first quarter scoring and the Cavs ranking fifth.

These teams on average combine for 63.5 points per first quarter, and with Cleveland’s long-range shooting ability, I think this total pushes OVER rather easily. In their first meeting this season, there were 67 points scored in quarter one.

Jaylen Brown OVER 23.5 Points

Jaylen Brown has cleared this line in four of his six games this season, including a 32-point game against this Cavs team.

Brown takes a ton of shots, putting up at least 16 in every game and averaging 20.2 field goal attempts per night.

Both of these teams are top five in offensive rating, so I expect to see plenty of points in this game, and for Brown to be one of the focal points.

Al Horford UNDER 7.5 Rebounds

Al Horford has gone over this number just one time this season, and he only grabbed two boards in Boston’s overtime loss to the Cavs last week.

Horford is going to have a hard time banging with Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley, especially since Cleveland ranks fourth in the NBA in rebounding percentage.

Fade Horford tonight at this number.
