Best NBA Prop Bets Today for Nets vs. Blazers (Fade Joe Harris, Back Josh Hart on the Glass)
By Peter Dewey
The Brooklyn Nets are on the road on Thursday night against the Western Conference-leading Portland Trail Blazers.
This game should be a prop bettors paradise with elite scorers such as Damian Lillard, Kevin Durant and Anfernee Simons all in action. I have a prop for Simons, as well as ones for two role players in this matchup.
Let’s break them down:
Nets vs. Blazers Best NBA Prop Bets
- Josh Hart OVER 7.5 Rebounds
- Anfernee Simons OVER 20.5 Points
- Joe Harris UNDER 15.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists
Josh Hart OVER 7.5 Rebounds
This is a pretty simple one, as Josh Hart is averaging 8.6 rebounds per game this season and is taking on a Nets team that ranks dead last in the NBA in rebounding percentage.
Hart has grabbed at least seven rebounds in seven straight games, so I like him to grab an eighth tonight.
Anfernee Simons OVER 20.5 Points
Anfernee Simons has just four games this season where he’s fallen below this mark, averaging 22.3 points per game while shooting 42.2 percent from the field and 37.6 percent from beyond the arc.
Simons has seen a ton of volume this season, taking 18.2 shots per game and he has just one game where he attempted less than 16 shots.
The Nets are still bottom-10 in the NBA in defensive rating this season, and there’s no doubt that Portland’s offense runs through Damian Lillard and Simons. There’s some value on this line at just 20.5.
Joe Harris UNDER 15.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists
Joe Harris has only gone over this line one time all season, and it came in a game where he scored 14 points.
Harris has scored in double figures in just four games all season long, and he’s averaging just 7.2 shots per game on the season.
Unless you expect Harris to have a big shooting night against a Blazers team that plays at a slow pace, go UNDER.
