The BetSided team is off to a solid start in our daily NBA props, going 11-6 so far this year.

Peter Dewey and Ben Heisler are back with two picks for Sunday, and they're both eyeing the New Orleans Pelicans against the Utah Jazz.

Ben has a play for Zion Williamson in his third game of the season while Peter thinks there is value on Brandon Ingram's points, rebounds and assists prop.

Do we see a Pelican party tonight? Here are today's picks:

  • Zion Williamson OVER 23.5 Points (-115)
  • Brandon Ingram OVER 33.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-120)

Zion Williamson OVER 23.5 Points (-115)

Zion's first two games of the season have been up-and-down, but he gets a juicy matchup vs. the Utah Jazz in his home debut tonight in New Orleans.

The former No. 1 pick had a brutal night shooting the ball in Charlotte on Friday, going just 7-for-19 from the floor and missing two free throws, but he still played 31 minutes. He's had a full day of rest and now faces a surprising Jazz team that's also 2-0, but still projects to be amongst the worst teams in the league.

Both Utah and New Orleans play in the top 13 of the league in pace, so Zion should be able to generate plenty of scoring opportunities inside against a team that has little weapons to stop him. The volume is there, and after an off-night, expect Zion to come back with a vengeance. – Ben Heisler

Brandon Ingram OVER 33.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-120)

Brandon Ingram is staking an early claim for his second All-Star appearance by scoring 28 points in each of the New Orleans Pelicans’ first two games.

The do-it-all forward has soared past this line in each of his games, tallying 40 and 44 points, rebounds and assists. Now, he gets a Utah Jazz team that has played well (2-0), but has allowed 102 and 126 points through its first two games.

If Utah is going to play uptempo like it has the first two games, New Orleans (10th in pace) will certainly oblige. Similar to Mitchell, Ingram could push this number on points alone, so I love the OVER. – Peter Dewey
