Jrue Holiday OVER 15.5 Points (-125)

Jrue Holiday has played well as of late, scoring 16 or more points in his last four games and pushing his season average up to 14.8 points per game.

Holiday was injured in the Bucks’ first game of the season, so while it has taken him some time to get his footing, he’s gone over this number in seven of his last 10. Tonight, the Bucks play a Hornets team that allows the most points per game in the NBA while playing at the league’s third quickest pace.

This is going to be a track meet, as evidenced by the total at 231.5. Jrue should be able to get his for Milwaukee. -- Peter Dewey

Joel Embiid OVER 10.5 Rebounds (-115)

Joel Embiid has been a monster on the glass since he’s come back from his battle with COVID-19. He grabbed 14 rebounds in his first game back and then followed that up with 13 rebounds against the Orlando Magic.

In his career, Embiid averages 12.5 rebounds per game against the Boston Celtics. Although Al Horford is there, Boston hasn’t been able to contain Embiid on the glass his entire career. Philadelphia is going to lean on Embiid to get the rebounds and start the fast break, which will lead to him hitting the over. -- Donnavan Smoot

Jarrett Allen UNDER 10.5 Rebounds (-115)

Jarrett Allen has been averaging 11.3 rebounds per game this season, but we're bound to see some regression. He's reached at least 11 rebounds in four straight games, but all four were against opponents that rank in the bottom 10 in rebounding rate. Now, he and the Cleveland Cavaliers are set to take on the Miami Heat, who are the No. 2 rebounding team in the NBA.

I'll take the UNDER on his rebounding total tonight. -- Iain MacMillan

Joel Embiid OVER 24.5 Points (-105)

Embiid’s number is already on the move after starting at 23.5, but I’ll burn the extra point and side with the sharps.

The Celtics have been very good against opposing centers this year, giving up the third fewest points to the position behind only the Cavs and Heat.

The problem is Embiid is not most centers, and he’s had the Celtics number the last several years. In Embiid’s last three games vs. Boston, he’s gone for just under 38 points a game with a usage rate in the 40% range.

Give Boston credit for shoring up its defense against bigs this year, but the Celtics haven’t played a dominant center in a few weeks. With Boston only favored by 3 at home, expect Embiid to get a ton of touches inside, especially down the stretch. I’d play this number up to 25.5. -- Ben Heisler
