Tyrese Haliburton OVER 16.5 Points (-115)
Sticking with another prop that I took this week and backing Tyrese Haliburton to keep scoring the ball at a high rate against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday.
Since getting traded to the Indiana Pacers, Haliburton has scored 17 or more points in six of seven games, and now he gets an Orlando team that is bottom 10 in the league in defensive rating.
The Pacers don’t have many options on offense, so until the market adjusts I’m going to trust Haliburton to keep scoring the ball. He’s averaging 20.3 points per game in Indiana this season. – Peter Dewey
De’Aaron Fox OVER 24.5 Points (-125)
De’Aaron Fox has cleared this line in eight of his last nine games. With Tyrese Haliburton in Indiana, Fox has to carry all the scoring load for the backcourt. The New Orleans Pelicans have had one of the better defenses in the league over the last 10 games, but the Sacramento Kings are all about offense.
They will try to outscore their opponent before shutting them down. Fox has also been extremely efficient as of late. He’s shot at least 50% in 11 of his last 12 games, giving me hope he can overcome a solid New Orleans’ defense. – Donnavan Smoot
Jeremy Lamb OVER 11.5 Points, Rebounds, Assists (-115)
Lamb’s minutes have been somewhat inconsistent since arriving in Sacramento from Indiana, but what has been consistent is his ability to stuff the stat sheet.
In every game he’s played in a Kings uniform, he’s hit this over with ease. The Pels have been middle to bottom of the league in defensive rating and should give Lamb plenty of shots and opportunities to dish it out and grab some boards.
Even in only 18:39 minutes on Monday at OKC in a 21-point win, Lamb still managed to go over 11.5, filling the stat line with 5/4/3. I say that trend continues tonight on the road. – Ben Heisler
