Best NBA Prop Bets Today
- Joel Embiid OVER 13.5 Rebounds (-125)
- Miles Bridges OVER 19.5 Points (-115)
- Joel Embiid OVER 27.5 Points (-120)
- Evan Mobley OVER 7.5 Rebounds (-110)
Joel Embiid OVER 13.5 Rebounds (-125)
Joel Embiid has recorded at least 12 rebounds in five straight games since returning from injury, and he's recorded at least 14 in three of those starts. He gets a chance to thrive in that spot tonight when the 76ers take on the Charlotte Hornets, who have taken over as the worst rebounding team in the NBA. The Hornets only grab 47.8% of boards, so this is a prime spot for Embiid to clean up at the rim. -- Iain MacMillan
Miles Bridges OVER 19.5 Points (-115)
Miles Bridges has become the de-facto No. 1 option for the Charlotte Hornets on offense with LaMelo Ball and Terry Rozier out, and he’s delivered with 22, 32 and 16 points in three games without them.
While the Sixers held Bridges to just 16 points on 6-of-16 shooting (1-for-6 from 3) on Monday, the usage was still there. Bridges is averaging 20.2 points per game this season and he’s playing in an offense that plays at the second fastest pace in the NBA.
I think he bounces back in a big way on Wednesday. -- Peter Dewey
Joel Embiid OVER 27.5 Points (-120)
Embiid scored 43 points against the Hornets on Monday and he gets to play them again tonight. Charlotte has nobody to guard Embiid down low and he can feast whenever he wants to. P.J. Washington is playing center for Charlotte since Mason Plumlee is out right now.
Embiid torched him on Monday. Embiid has cleared this line in the last two games and has scored over 40 points twice in his last five. He’s in a groove and the Hornets are a perfect matchup for him. -- Donnavan Smoot
Evan Mobley OVER 7.5 Rebounds (-110)
When the Bulls head to Cleveland to face the Cavs as 3-point underdogs tonight, they’re going to also be dealing with a massive size disadvantage up front. The Bulls have nobody over 7-feet tall and their leading rebounder, Nikola Vucevic will likely be paired up trying to contain Jarrett Allen inside.
That leaves Mobley to fend off the likes of Derrick Jones Jr, Tony Bradley, and perhaps a little bit of Troy Brown to handle the current favorite for NBA Rookie of the Year at WynnBET, and he’ll be able to toy with them inside on the glass.
For as talented as the Bulls are, they’re short-handed with DeMar DeRozan out due to COVID protocols, as well as Coby White and Javonte Green. Guard Alex Caruso is also likely out with a hamstring injury and Patrick Williams, the man normally responsible for holding down Mobley is out for the rest of the season.
Mobley should slide right past this projection against one of the worst rebounding teams in the NBA. -- Ben Heisler
