Tom Brady is heading home to California for an NFC showdown with the San Francisco 49ers.

With that being said, Brady playing in San Francisco isn't even the most enticing headline of the game. Instead, it's that the 49ers will be moving forward with Brock Purdy after Jimmy Garoppolo's injury last week.

Can Purdy produce the same magic he had last week against the Dolphins? Only time will tell.

Let's dive into my favorite prop bets for this afternoon's game.

Best NFL Prop Bets for Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. San Francisco 49ers

  • Brock Purdy UNDER 206.5 Passing Yards
  • Christian McCaffrey OVER 52.5 Rushing Yards
  • Nick Bosa to Record a Sack -126

Brock Purdy UNDER 202.5 Passing Yards

Brock Purdy threw for 210 yards last week in the 49ers game against the Dolphins, but now he has to play against a much better secondary in the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay ranks fifth in opponent yards per pass attempt, allowing just 5.9 yards per throw.

You have to think the 49ers have crafted their game plan to not put too much pressure on Purdy in this game. Running the football and short dump offs will likely be the strategy for San Francisco, so I'll the UNDER on Purdy's passing total of 206.5.

Christian McCaffrey OVER 52.5 Rushing Yards

As I mentioned above, I think the 49ers are going to lean on the run game today. If that's the case, it should do nothing but benefit McCaffrey.

The Buccaneers run defense is the weakness of their team, ranking 19th in opponent yards per carry, allowing 4.5 yards per rush. That will do CMC just fine, and I'll take the OVER on his rushing total.

Nick Bosa to Record a Sack -126

Nick Bosa has recorded a sack in every game he's played in this season except for one. He's also coming off a three sack performance against the Dolphins last week.

Now, he gets to face off against a banged up offensive line in Tampa Bay. He's going to be licking his lips at the chance of sacking Tom Brady, so I'll back him to record another sack at -126 to bring his season total to 15.5.
