Best NFL Prop Bets for Bengals vs. Titans in Week 12 (Treylon Burks has Arrived)

This is a playoff rematch that I’m sure Mike Vrabel, Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee Titans have had circled on their calendar all year. The Cincinnati Bengals knocked them out of the postseason a year ago, so this one will mean a little bit more to one of the NFL’s toughest teams.
This game is big enough that we can’t just play a side, we need to get in a couple of prop bets before kickoff on Sunday too.

- Samaje Perine Under 45.5 Rush Yards (-120)
- Derrick Henry Over 97.5 Rush Yards (-115)
- Treylon Burks Anytime TD +300
Samaje Perine Under 45.5 Rush Yards (-120)
Perine had a massive game against Pittsburgh last week after Joe Mixon went out and he will be the lead back again this week. However, most of his damage came out of the short passing game against Pittsburgh’s top 10 rush defense. Tennessee is even better against the run, No. 2 in the league, so Perine will struggle for yardage even getting the most touches out of the backfield.
Derrick Henry Over 97.5 Rush Yards (-115)
Henry had 28 carries against Green Bay for 87 yards and a touchdown. For any team to hold him to 3.1 yards per carry is impressive, but it is clear that Tennessee’s offensive strategy is to feed Henry down the stretch of this season. If he gets another 28 carries this week, he will break through at least once. Najee Harris has been awful this year and he even got to 90 rushing yards against the Bengals last week.
Treylon Burks Anytime TD +300
The breakout finally came for the Titans rookie wide receiver. Last week against Green Bay, Burks caught seven of his eight targets for 111 yards. That was by far his biggest game of his career, but he is still looking for his first NFL touchdown. I think it will come this week against Cincinnati.
