Best NFL Prop Bets for Broncos vs. Titans in Week 10 (Wilson Will Need to Use his Legs on Third-Down)

Hopefully Nathaniel Hackett figured something out on the bye week, because the Denver Broncos have been a disaster. They snuck out of London with a win over Jacksonville to stay somewhat alive at 3-5. The Broncos went out of their way to add Russell Wilson this offseason, but Mike Vrabel and the Tennessee Titans have proved that QB doesn’t matter. They nearly went into Kansas City with Malik Willis and escaped with a win.

Let’s hone in on the prop market for this one, and I’ve got an important stat that could shape this game.

Best Props for Broncos vs. Titans

  • Russell Wilson Over 13.5 Rush Yards (-120)
  • Greg Dulcich Over 43.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
  • First Half Spread Titans -0.5 (-110)

Russell Wilson Over 13.5 Rush Yards (-120)

There is one important stat that is shaping my thought process around this game. It is third-down conversion rate. The Titans allow 28.57% conversion rate to their opponents on third down, the best in the NFL. Meanwhile, the Broncos convert on only 29.2% of their third downs offensively, the second worst in football. I think it will be incredibly difficult for Denver to sustain drives, even with the injuries on Tenneessee’s front and that will force Wilson to tuck it and run more than he would like to.

Greg Dulcich Over 43.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Wilson has never really clicked with a tight-end. That is largely due to his size and his unwillingness to throw the ball over the middle of the field. However, Dulcich seems to be his guy. He has played in three games and has 44, 51, and 87 yards receiving in each of the three. He has been the biggest bright spot on a wildly disappointing offense.

First Half Spread Titans -0.5 (-110)

Jeffrey Simmons, Bud Dupree, and Zach Cunningham are all out for this game and that is a serious blow to the Titans defense, but Mike Vrabel dealt with injuries all last season and led this team to the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Russell Wilson and the Broncos offense has been a disaster on third-down and no defense is better than the Titans at getting off the field on third down. I don’t know if the Titans can sustain it for the whole game, but I like them to get out to a lead whether it’s Malik Willis or Ryan Tannehill.
